| 摘 要： | 为了满足电信计费工作实际业务需要设计了适应于省级电信系统的优化方案.详细阐述了电信业务计费系统的总体框架结构、硬件环境构成和软件环境设计思路,从设计的方法和业务流程2个方面重点说明了批价处理模块的实现方法.最终通过系统测试表明,该系统符合电信总局对计费系统的各项规范要求,具有良好的可扩展性、可移植性和可靠性.

| Abstract: | In order to meet real business needs of telecom billing,the paper designs the optimization program of the provincial telecommunications system.The article elaborates the system’s overall framework in detail,the design idea and specific implementation in the hardware and software design environment,emphasizes on the implementation methods of the batch processing from its design methods and business process.Through the system test,the application result shows that the system meets the requirements of directorate General of telecommunications billing system,has good scalability,portability and reliability. |
