摘    要:飞机整流罩边缘橡胶防磨条与垂尾蒙皮之间的摩擦容易影响其飞行性能,导致其磨损过度而损坏。因此,对防磨条的摩擦系数研究显得极其重要。针对整流罩边缘在飞行时的实际摩擦磨损情况,设计了一套测量橡胶防磨条的摩擦系数试验系统。该系统以激振器为激励源,利用力传感器和加速度传感器来采集摩擦试验系统的合外力和加速度,最后根据系统的力平衡关系,求得试验件的摩擦系数。试验结果证明,所测得的试验件材料的摩擦系数落于常规的橡胶与铝之间摩擦系数区间内,具有一定可信度。

Abstract:The friction between the aircraft fairing edge rubber wear strip and the vertical tail skin is likely to affect the flight performance of the aircraft,which results in excessive wear and damage in result.Therefore,the research of the friction coefficient of the wear strip is extremely significant.A friction coefficient testing system for measuring the rubber wear strip is designed based on practical friction and wear of the fairing edge structure during the flight procedure.This system is exited by a shaker,using force sensors and acceleration sensors to collect the combined force and acceleration of the friction testing system,and finally obtain the friction coefficient of the test piece according to the force balance of the system.The experimental result indicates that the measured friction coefficient of the test piece is between the one of normal rubber and aluminum.Consequently,the results are relatively reliable.
