| 摘 要： | 用现有的西门子87—200系列PLC将普通车床电气控制系统改造成效率高、精度准、故障少的PLC控制系统既经济又实惠。以西门子S7200系列PLC改造C650普通卧式车床电气控制系统为例，阐述了改造方案，同时根据C650普通卧式车床原继电器控制线路的要求确定了PLC的I／地址分配，PLC控制系统的（I／O点）外部接线图，设计了梯形图并进行现场调试，经实际使用证明效果良好。

| Abstract: | Using existing Siemens S7-200 PLC to ordinary lathe electric control system transformation into a high effictency, low malfunction, precision of PLC control system and benefits. Based on the Siemens S7-200 PLC transformation C650 ordinary horizontal lathes electrical control system as an example, this paper expounds the retrofit scheme, accord- ing to the C650 ordinary horizontal lathes original relay control lines determine the I/O address PLC distribution and PLC control system （I/O） outside the ladder-diagram hookup, design and commissioning, practical use effect is good. |
