摘    要:针对锅炉汽包水位存在"虚假水位"的问题,设计了基于锅炉汽包水位串级三冲量给水的控制系统.该系统结合PLC技术和变频器技术在电厂启动锅炉系统中得以应用,结果表明串级三冲量加前馈给水控制系统可以及时消除负荷(蒸汽量)变化和给水流量波动的干扰,较好地克服了虚假水位现象,能够使汽包水位快速达到稳定运行要求,从而对锅炉汽包水位实...

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of false water level existed in boiler steam drum level,a boiler steam level control system based on cascade three-impulse is proposed.Together with PLC technology and frequency inverter technology,the system has been used in practical application.The results show that three-impulse cascade plus feedforward control system can promptly eliminate the interference of vapor load and rate fluctuation of feedwater,and overcome the false water phenomenon.The system can make the water keep stable operation,so it realize the real-time and optimal control of boiler steam drum level.
