| 摘 要： | 本文就设计低噪声放大器的方法进行了研究分析。首先对低噪声放大器的特点进行了介绍,还介绍了低噪声放大器的网络组成和性能指标,最后本文用网络匹配法来设计低噪声放大器,并应用Ansoft公司的Designer软件包通过模拟集成电路国家重点实验室高频双极晶体管模型进行了设计分析。这种应用SmithTool工具、通过网络匹配的方法来设计电路更加方便快捷,且能符合工业基本要求。

| Abstract: | The designing method of LNA is analysed.Some characters of LNA are introduced first.The member and the performance are described.At last a method of matching network for LNA is introduced in the paper .The design and simulation using Ansoft Designer is analyzed in the BJT high frequency model of National Laboratory of Analog Integrated Circuits. The method of matching network designed by Smith Tool is convenient ,and can fit for the basic needs of industry. |
