基于混合威布尔模型的智能电能表可靠性评价方法

摘    要:针对当前智能电能表故障类型多样、可靠性评价单一的问题,本文提出基于混合威布尔模型的可靠性评价方法。首先基于智能电能表各单元串联关系和故障事件进行故障类型分类,利用最小二乘法推算各单元故障类型的尺度与形状参数,结合中位秩与平均秩次计算智能电能表累计失效概率提高模型准确度,并通过熵权法计算各故障类型对整表可靠度影响的权重系数,据此建立基于混合威布尔模型的智能电能表可靠性评价方法。实例结果表明:本文提出方法在各类故障类型下均能准确得到智能电能表可靠度评估,并能准确获得智能电能表单元模块的可靠度,与现有方法相比,本文方法不需大量先验知识,且实现简单、准确度更高。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of multiple fault types and single reliability evaluation of smart watt-hour meters, this paper proposes a reliability evaluation method based on hybrid Weibull model. First of all, based on the relations between the unit series of intelligent watt-hour meter fault type classification and fault events, using the least squares estimate and the shape parameters of the scale of the fault types, each unit in combination with the median rank and the average rank computing intelligent watt-hour meter cumulative failure probability to improve model accuracy, and through the entropy weight method to calculate the fault type of the whole reliability affects weight coefficient, Therefore, the reliability evaluation method of smart watt-hour meter based on hybrid Weibull model is established. The example results show that the proposed method can accurately obtain the reliability evaluation of smart watt-hour meter under all kinds of fault types, and can accurately obtain the reliability of smart watt-hour meter unit module. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method does not need a lot of prior knowledge, and is simple to implement and has higher accuracy.
