摘    要:针对配电网开关配置问题,基于全寿命周期成本建立优化配置模型,考虑配置方案一次性投入成本、运行维护成本、停电损失成本、退役处置成本,寻求满足多约束条件下的经济性最优。提出一种改进二进制差分算法(IBDE)对上述模型进行求解,采用多阈值的进化策略,并基于云理论优化交叉操作,获得大量具有稳定倾向性和随机性的个体交叉因子。将模型及算法应用于IEEE-RBTS系统及实际算例,结果表明,该模型更符合实际情况,该算法以略低的收敛速度大幅提高了标准BDE算法的全局搜索概率,其收敛速度仍要快于GA算法。

Abstract:The paper establishes switching optimal model of distribution system based on LCC. To seek optimal economy under multi-constrained conditions, it contains original investment cost, operation and maintenance cost, outage loss cost and disposal cost. An improved BDE is put up to solve the above model. It uses normal cloud generator to optimize individual cross factor which has stability and randomness. The model and algorithm are applied to IEEE-RBTS system; the result proves that the model meets the actual circs better, and IBDE greatly improves global search probability with slightly low convergence speed, but has faster speed than GA algorithm.
