双三相感应电机SVPWM的新型过调制策略

摘    要:过调制策略能够提高逆变器输出电压范围和品质,从而提高电机输出转速范围和转矩特性。针对双三相感应电机空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法过调制区域有限,分区实现复杂,内存占用率大等问题,提出一种新型过调制策略。该策略将整个过调制区域算法统一实现,不需要分区多控制角计算,同时使调制度与调制后控制比例参数成线性关系,不用查表及数据存储即可实现线性区到十二阶梯波的平滑过渡,使数字化实现更为简洁高效。通过仿真和实验验证了所提过调制策略的正确、可行性。

Abstract:The realization of modulation strategy can improve the output voltage range and quality of inverter, then, the output speed range and torque characteristics of motor will be increased. A novel over modulation strategy was proposed in the condition of some issues, which contain the modulation region of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm in dual three phase induction motor is limited, and districted to implement is complex, a large memory usage and so on. The strategy is achieved throughout the whole over-modulation region without multi-partition and dual control angle calculation. At the same time, it makes a linear relationship between the ratio of parameters and the modulation, in which way it can realize the smooth transition from linear region to twelve step waves. Then, the digital realization will be more simple and efficient. Simulation and hardware experiment verify the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm.
