基于德尔菲法的电力大客户综合价值评价模型

摘    要:随着电力体制改革的不断深化,以"客户为中心"的电力市场逐渐形成,甄别客户价值,针对高价值的电力客户实现精准营销,是电网公司当务之急。文章通过分析电力大客户全生命周期内不同阶段的当前价值与潜在价值,建立了客户价值评价指标体系,确立了反映电力客户价值的10个指标特征,构建电力大客户综合价值评价模型,运用德尔菲法,充分利用专家经验,消除个体因素,求得个评价指标的权重系数,对客户价值进行衡量,为电网公司甄别高价值客户,制定差异化服务策略,提供了理论基础。

Electric power customer comprehensive value evaluation model based on delphi method
Abstract:The paper analyses the current value and potential value of electric power customers in different phase of the entire life cycle. Electric power customer value evaluation index system is established and 10 indicators are selected to represent the electric customer value. Power customers’comprehensive value evaluation model is built. Delphi method is used to get the weight coefficients of the evaluation index. Delphi method makes full use of expert experience and eliminates the individual factors. The measure of customer value helps grid companies identify high-value customers, make different service strategy, provides the theoretical basis.
