摘    要:为了充分发挥微网中双馈风电机组的调频能力,提出以惯性控制、超速控制、变桨距控制为基础的风电分段调频控制策略。低风速时风电不参与微网调频、中风速时将超速调频控制与惯性调频控制相结合、高风速时采用变桨距进行调频控制,该控制策略以风机运行特性和各调频方法特点作为分段依据,兼顾了调频控制策略的有效性和经济性。通过仿真验证了所提分段调频控制策略的可行性。

Abstract:In order to fully utilize the potential of frequency regulation capability of DFIGs in micro-grid, this paper presents a frequency control strategy to coordinate inertia control , over-speed control and pitch control .Depending on the operation characteristics of DFIGs and wind speed , DFIGs keep out of frequency regulation during low wind speed.Over-speed control is combined with pitch control during medium wind speed .Pitch control is employed for high wind speed .The control strategy takes the units operation features and the characteristics of frequency regulation as the subsection basis , as well as balances effectiveness and economic efficiency .The simulation results verify the ef-fectiveness of the mentioned control strategy of the frequency regulation .
