摘    要:介绍了一种基于嵌入式多任务调度的一体化电量充值采集终端设计方案,其设计思路是将智能电能表集中充值终端、国网采集器、用电查询系统转发器三个终端功能融合一体,通过多任务集中管理调度设计将三个功能任务并发有序地运行,通过稳定可靠的分布式冲突避让算法设计,有效地避免了功能集成中遇到的种种问题。该产品已经通过了国家电网计量中心全性能试验检测,并成功实际试点应用。

Abstract:A new integration Power charging and acquisition terminal which is based on multi-task scheduling is proposed in this paper.The integration charging and acquisition terminal is a combination of the functions of centralized charging terminal,acquisition unit and inquiring terminal.The new integration charging and acquisition terminal performs the three functions in parallel task system.It is works based on the distributed steady conflict avoidance algorithm to avoid the problems which is coming from the function integration effectively.The terminal has passed through the commission of the State Grid Metering Center and has piloted applied successfully.
