基于短路容量裕度的电网运行状态评估方法研究

摘    要:随着智能电网的发展和大规模清洁能源发电系统接入负荷中心,连锁脱网事故和电网电压水平波动等问题突出,电网安全运行面临着巨大的挑战。电网的运行状态评估,作为电网安全问题的深入扩展,具有重大的研究价值。文中利用系统运行参数,基于短路容量理论提出了负荷节点运行状态的评价方法及指标,即比较负荷节点需求的短路容量与系统和接入电源对该负荷节点提供的总短路容量来快速评估负荷节点的运行状态;该方法考虑了有清洁能源接入的情况,通过对比求得的节点运行状态指标探讨不同类型的电源对电网运行状态的影响,完善了运行状态评估体系,可为运行人员提供决策支持;最后基于IEEE-30节点系统中的仿真结果验证该方法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:With the development of smart grid, and large-scale clean energy generating systems integrated within load center, problems like concatenate off-network accident and network voltage level fluctuation stands out, posing huge challenge to the safe operation of power system. As the thorough extension of safety problem in power system, the assessment of power grid running state has significant research value. This paper use system operating parameters, propose assessment model and index of load nodes running state, based on short circuit capacity theory, that is to compare the needed short circuit capacity of load nodes and total short circuit capacity provided by system and connected power source, and evaluate the running state of load nodes rapidly. This method takes the access of clean energy into consideration, and discuss the effect of different power source to power grid running state, by comparing obtained nodes running state, perfects running state evaluation system, and are available for online evaluation, providing decision support. At last, this paper verifys the effectiveness and superiority of this method based on simulation result of IEEE-30 nodes system.
