摘    要:随着非线性电力负荷的增加,中低压配电网谐波问题愈来愈严重,对电能质量和电网安全均带来了较大影响。本文分析了中低压配电网的谐波问题,其谐波源主要为电力变压器、静止无功补偿装置SVC、炼钢电弧炉、整流装置、电气化铁路和家用电器。混合有源电力滤波器(HAPF)是解决中低压配电网电能质量谐波问题、补偿无功的最有效设备。文章进一步阐述了一种含基波串联谐振电路,减小逆变器输出容量的混合有源电力滤波器结构及其工作原理。基于瞬时无功功率理论的Ip-Iq谐波电流检测法和滞环比较PWM控制原理的应用,有效的提高了检测和控制精度。在PSIM下建立了混合有源滤波器模型,通过仿真分析和工程应用可知谐波治理和补偿达到了理想效果。
