风力发电变桨距控制器测试系统的设计

摘    要:在风力发电中,变桨距控制器用于实现桨距角调节和功率控制.在变桨距控制器现场运行之前,要对其性能进行测试.本文采用倍福PLC模拟主控制器,PLC与变桨距控制器之间采用CANopen总线通讯,设计了变桨距控制器的测试系统,介绍了测试系统的功能和软件流程,给出了测试结果.

Abstract:The variable pitch controller is used to regulate the picth angle and power obtained in wind energy conversion system.Thence,its performance should be tested before running in the wind farm.A system using Beckhoff PLC as the main controller is designed for testing the variable pitch controller.CANopen bus is selected to communicate PLC with variable pitch controller.The control functions and software flow of the system are presented,and the test results are given.
