| Abstract: | Based on the error-amplified principle,a double-polarity high-voltage high-power linear amplifier driver for piezoelectric ceramic class capacitive loads is designed.A high voltage power operational amplifier(PA89) is used for driving paralleling multi power booster units,which enlarges the range of the voltage output of the amplifier,as well as improves the peak value of the power output.This amplifier can provide a maximum single-ended output voltage of 1kV(peak to peak),a voltage gain of 40 dB,a maximum charge/discharge current of 1A with a 2.5 μF capacitive load(piezoelectric ceramic load).The unique features of this bipolar high-voltage power amplifier have strongly driving capability,high stability,high linearity and so on. |
