基于频谱分析和滑动平均滤波的混合储能容量配置方案

摘    要:以风电为典型的可再生能源由于其随机性和间歇性的特点,其入网功率波动大,为减小并网时对电网造成的冲击,文中研究一种混合储能系统(hybrid energy storage system,HESS)来平滑风电出力波动,使入网波动符合并网规范。基于傅里叶变换对风电原始数据进行频谱分析并得到符合风电接入电网规范的理想目标输出,将两种功率的差值做为混合储能系统的补偿功率,再由滑动平均滤波方法分配混合储能中蓄电池和超级电容器的功率补偿量,考虑并网波动、充放电效率和荷电状态来确定蓄电池和超级电容器的额定功率和容量,在计及蓄电池损耗的基础上,考虑储能折旧和维护因素,计算混合储能系统的配置成本。最后算例表明混合型储能比单一型储能配置成本更低,更具有经济性,验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Due to its randomness and intermittent nature, renewable energy with wind power as its typical characteristics has large fluctuations in network power. To reduce the impact on the grid during grid connection, this paper studies a hybrid energy storage system (hybrid energy storage system). HESS) to smooth the wind power output fluctuations, so that the network fluctuations meet the grid connection specifications. Based on the Fourier transform, the wind power raw data is analyzed by spectrum and the ideal target output conforms to the wind power grid specification. The difference between the two powers is used as the compensation power of the hybrid energy storage system, and then the moving average filtering method is used to distribute the mixture. The power compensation amount of the storage battery and the supercapacitor, considering the grid connection fluctuation, charge and discharge efficiency and state of charge to determine the rated power and capacity of the battery and the supercapacitor, considering the battery loss, considering the depreciation of the energy storage and Maintenance factors to calculate the configuration cost of the hybrid energy storage system. The last example shows that the hybrid energy storage is cheaper and more economical than the single energy storage configuration, which verifies the feasibility of the method.
