太阳能光伏电池阵列仿真模型的研究

摘    要:应用仿真软件MATLAB的Simulink工具,在光伏电池阵列的物理数学模型基础上,建立了一种光伏电池阵列工作的仿真模型。给出了仿真模型内部结构图,并在不同的光照强度、环境温度以及多种串并联联接方式下,对不同型号的太阳能电池进行仿真。仿真结果表明,光伏电池阵列模型输出基本同实际输出相似。

Study on Photovoltaic Array Simulation Model

Abstract:In application of Simulink tools of simulation software MATLAB, based on the physical and mathematical models of photovoltaie array, a kind of photovoltaic array working simulation model was established. Simulation model internal structure diagram was given, and under different lighting strength, environmental temperature and multiple serial and parallel connection methods, simulations were carried out for different type of solar cells. Simulation result shows that photovoltaic array model output is similar as actual output basically.
