电网虚幻接地及新型控制器设计

摘    要:为解决中性点不接地系统中,电磁式电压互感器可能引起铁磁谐振过电压,使电网产生虚幻接地现象,而研制出一种新型控制器。其原理是电压互感器在正常运行时,电子开关处于断开状态,消谐电阻不投入运行,当虚幻接地发生时,由控制器产生的指令,使得电子开关导通,将消谐电阻投入,用电阻来消耗谐振能量,抑制过电压。

Abstract:In a electric network of nongrounded neutral system electromagnetic potential transformer (PT) may bring about ferro-resonance overvoltage,and then a phenomenon of virtual grounding may appear in that network, A new controller is developed to solve this problem. The action of the controller is as follows. During the PT operating normally,the electronic switch of the controller is on turn off state, the resistance of resonace elimitation is out of acting. the virtual grounding occurring an order from the controller brings the electronic switch conducting to switch the resistance of resonance elimitation on. the resistance is used to consume resonance energy and to restrain the overvoltage occurred in this power network.
