摘    要:为保证智能变电站继电保护和安全自动装置现场安全作业,主要采用投入检修态硬压板,退出保护装置软压板、智能终端出口硬压板以及断开物理光纤等安全隔离措施。以线路停电检修为例,从设备之间的电流电压采样、跳合闸(包括远跳)、启动失灵等信息联系出发,重点分析影响运行设备的危险点及可能导致的结果。根据各种危险点分析总结出适用的二次安全措施,完成检修装置与运行装置的可靠隔离,对运行维护人员提炼总结二次安全措施具有参考意义。

Analysis on Dangerous Points of Secondary Safety Measures in Smart Substation

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety operation of relay protection and automatic safety device in smart substation, safety isolation measures are mainly adopted, such as putting into maintenance pressing plate, exiting device soft pressing plate, outlet hard pressing plate and disconnecting optical fiber between devices. Taking line outage maintenance for example, starting from the information connection between equipment such as voltage and current sampling, tripping (including remote tripping), starting failure etc., it focuses on the analysis of the dangerous points affecting the operation equipment and the possible results. The applicable secondary safety measures are summarized according to various dangerous points, and the reliable isolation between the maintenance devices and the operation devices are completed, which provides valuable references for the operation and maintenance personnel.
