| 摘 要： | 随着电网规模的不断扩大,电网调度在对局部发生的事故处置不当时,极有可能波及全网,严重威胁整个电网的安全、稳定运行,有时甚至会给整个电网带来灾难性后果,给社会的稳定、和谐造成负面影响。依据相关电力法规和电网运行技术标准,在总结多年实践经验的基础上,结合地区一级调度的实际情况,对调度事故处置的指挥策略、处置措施进行规范,以指导调度进行事故处置。并特别强调了在处置危急、影响较大的电力事故时,调度应采取的紧急措施。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of power grid,improper treatment for power grid dispatching accidents may threaten the security and stability of the whole grid.Sometimes it may cause disaster,and make negative efficts to social stability and harmony.In order to guide the treatment of dispatching accidents,guiding strategies and treatment measures are standardized according to relative laws of electric power system,technical criteria of power gird operation,actral situation of local-level dispatching and the practical experiences.In addition,it is emphasized that the dispatching should adopt emergency measures when serious and widely-influenced accidents take place. |
