正弦波驱动下无刷直流电机机械特性研究

摘    要:对无刷直流电机在正弦波驱动下的机械特性进行了研究。通过建立正弦波驱动模式下无刷直流电机等效电路模型,分析了不同负载下相电流与反电势之间的关系,推导了此模式下电机的机械特性表达式,并与方波驱动模式下电机的机械特性进行了对比分析。Matlab仿真与电机的试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Mechanical properties of brushless DC motor(BLDCM) with sinusoidal excitation were studied in this paper.Through the establishment of equivalent circuit of BLDCM with sinusoidal excitation,the relationship between phase currents and electromotive force under different load was analyzed and the expressions of the mechanical properties was deduced and compared with the expression with square-wave excitation.Matlab simulation and experiment results verified the correctness of theoretical analysis
