音圈电机位置伺服系统电流驱动器的两种设计方法研究

摘    要:分析音圈电机数学模型的基础上,在Matlab的Simulink环境中建立了音圈电机位置伺服系统的仿真模型,伺服系统采用三闭环系统,其中位置环和速度环采用PI控制,电流环根据两种驱动方式分别采用PWM斩波实现和功率放大器实现,通过试验仿真,对两种驱动方法进行了比较。试验表明,PWM斩波控制实现的驱动器适合做低频较大位置跟踪,功率放大器方法实现的驱动器适合做小位置时的无差高频位置跟踪。
