| 摘 要： | 介绍了电力招投标从标底控制到最高限价控制的发展,以及两种控制方法的不同特点。结合广东电网公司实施最高限价招标控制的实践,对施工招标中的投标价和节余率控制进行分析,提出从三个方面更好地对最高限价进行控制。

| Abstract: | The development of control from the tender base number to maximum price limit for the bidding invitatoin of electric power construction is introduced,the specialties of these two kinds of controlling methods are compared.Basing on the maximum price limit control practice in Guangdong power grid corporation electric power construction,the bid rate and suplus rate resulted are analyzed,better maximum price limit control from three points is put forward.ds are compared.Basing on the maximum price limit control practice in Guangdong power grid corporation electric power construction,the bid rate and suplus rate resulted are analyzed,better maximum price limit control from three points is put forward. |
