| 摘 要： | 国家发展要以教育为基石,高校要不断加强教师队伍建设,教师队伍建设首先要以师德建设为核心.本文首先介绍了高校教师职业道德的内涵,其次论述了高校教师应该具有的基本素质,最后提出高校加强师德建设的几点建议.
