Rationality of Make Criteria of Degree of Compaction

This paper discussed the chief factors which influenced the degree of compaction of the rolled delaminated earthfill through comparing drying and damping method compaction test,different dimension of cutting ring samples test,and proposed some problems that should be paid attention when making the criterion of the degree of compaction by compaction test and inspecting the quality of construction in site,and how to ensure the rationality of making the criterion of the degree of compaction and the objectivity of inspecting in site is also mentioned.
