电动道路车辆用阀控式胶体铅酸蓄电池(3DM180)的研制

为改进电动道路车辆用铅酸蓄电池的比能量和比功率、循环寿命及充电接受能力,通过对试验电池和实际运行电池解剖发现的正、负极板容量衰减的显著差异,对板栅结构、活性物质的配方及其与板栅质量的比值进行了试验研究,并采用了纳米级SiO2为主的材料配制改性的胶体电解质及含有特殊纤维的超细玻璃棉隔板。对3DM180电池的检测结果表明,其质量比能与体积比能分别达到34Wh/kg和100Wh/L,4小时内可充足电,循环寿命达到1000次(75%DOD)。

Research and development of VRLA gelled battery 3DM180 for electric road vehicles

To improve the specific energy and specific power of lead-acid batteries used for electric road vehicles,a tear down analysis on the tested and practically operated batteries for this application was made and found a vast difference in capacity degradation of positive and negative plates.Based on the result we conducted into grid design,paste formula and their ratio to grid weight.In addition,a modified SiO_2-bearing gel electrolyte and AGM separators with special fibers were applied to 3DM180 batteries.Testing results showed that the weight and volume specific energy were up to 34 Wh/kg and 100 Wh/L respectively,the battery was able to be charged fully within 4 hours and the life was up to 1000 cycles at 75%DOD.
