板栅电阻分布测量及其影响因素的分析

摘    要:介绍了一种测量铅酸蓄电池板栅电阻分布的方法,并分析了不同板栅类型以及制造过程中断筋现象对板栅电阻分布的影响。研究表明:决定整个板栅电阻大小的主要因素是板栅的质量大小,板栅筋条设计也会影响电阻分布,但制造过程中的少数断筋现象对于板栅和极板性能影响不大。

Abstract:In this paper,a method to measure the resistance distribution of the grid has been developed,and the effects of the broken ribs of various grids in their manufacturing on the resistance distribution have been studied.It is found that the weight of the grid is dominant to determine the grid resistance.The design of the grid ribs also affects the resistance distribution.However,there is less influence of a few broken ribs on the plate performance.
