铅酸蓄电池板栅浇铸缺陷分析

摘    要:铅酸蓄电池板栅浇铸过程中出现的缺陷通常分为宏观缺陷和微观缺陷两大类。本文通过宏观和微观分析的方法,结合板栅的实际情况,对Pb-Ca-Sn-Al四元合金板栅浇铸过程中产生的缺陷进行了介绍和分析。

Abstract:Defects appeared in the process of casting grids of lead-acid batteries are usually divided into two categories:macroscopic defects and microscopic defects. In this paper, through the method of macro and micro analysis, combining with the actual situation of casting grids, the casting defects of grids with Pb-Ca-Sn-Al quaternary alloy were introduced and analyzed.
