摘    要:论述了铅酸蓄电池制造行业铅烟铅尘污染产生的环节和铅烟铅尘的特性;分析了传统静电除尘技术不适用于铅酸蓄电池行业的原因,从理论上和现场实验手段上研究了双区静电除尘技术用于铅酸蓄电池工艺的可行性;提出了性价比更高、运行更稳定可靠的铅烟铅尘治理技术—双区静电水洗清灰技术.

Abstract:This paper discusses pollution-generating processes and feature on lead dust and lead fume in the lead-acid battery manufacturing industry and analyzes the reason why traditional electrostatic technology does not apply to lead-acid battery industry.Therefore,a feasibility study on the application of a new electrostatic dedusting technology to the lead-acid battery process is made on the principle and experiments,and a new technology is proposed which is more cost-effective,more stable and more reliable in c...
