摘    要:在汽轮发电机组大轴发生弯曲后的校直过程中,以往对所需加载的计算往往忽略了热应力,使得加载计算不够准确,直轴工作不能顺利完成。为此,讨论了200MW汽轮机大轴校直时计算大轴温度场及内壁温度的方法和计算式,并用通辽某电厂汽轮机直轴的实际数据进行了分析。得出的结论表明,温升速率的大小对温度场的分布起着重要的作用。

Abstract:When a bent shaft of a steam turbine is straightened, the heat stress is ignored in the requiring loaded calculation formerly Therefore , the calculation is not very precise Then, the straightening can not be completed successfully This paper presents the approach and formula for the calculation of the temperature field and the inner wall temperature of the shaft of 200MW steam turbine The straightening data of a power station in Tongliao are used for the analyses The result shows that the temperature rise rate has played an important role for the temperature distribution in the shaft
