采用降损模式的单相SVPWM全桥逆变器

摘    要:为提高单相PWM全桥逆变器的效率,将空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)应用于单相逆变器。通过单相SVPWM与其等效三角波调制的比较,分析彼此的本质联系。参照三相SVPWM零电压矢量选择技术,将降损开关模式应用于单相SVPWM逆变器。与传统开关模式相比较,降损开关模式可降低开关损耗50%并延长开关管寿命。实验结果验证了单相SVPWM技术的优越性。
