基于自适应转速辨识的直接转矩控制系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于模型参考自适应系统(Model Reference Adaptive System,简称MRAS)的感应电动机无速度传感器直接转矩控制(direct torque control,简称DTC)方案.该方案中,根据Popov超稳定性理论得出了电动机转子转速的估算方法,给出了感应电动机无速度传感器DTC系统的结构,完成了以16位嵌入式微控制器dsPIC30F6010和智能功率模块为核心的控制系统设计.实验结果表明,该方案能准确观测电动机定子磁链,可以对电动机的转速进行有效的辨识.

Abstract:A speed-sensorless direct torque control(DTC) method of the induction motor based on model reference adaptive system(MRAS) is presented.The rotor speed estimation of motor was achieved by the Popov super stability theorem.The structure of the speed-sensorless DTC system is presented.The control system design based on 16-bit embedded microcontroller dsPIC30F6010 and intelligent power module was realized.The experimental results show that the scheme can accurately measure the stator flux and effectively estimate the motor speed.
