电动汽车双向功率变换器研究

摘    要:采用双向功率变换器可以实现电动汽车的驱动行驶及再生制动的能量回收。详细叙述了大功率IGBT驱动板2SD315A的使用方法。通过计算和实验调整确定了功率开关管、缓冲吸收回路和驱动电路的相关元件参数。研究结果表明,双向功率变换器既可实现驱动时的降压变换,也可实现再生制动时的升压变换;变换器可长时间工作在不同工况下,其可靠性和稳定性得到了验证。

Abstract:To realize the driving and regenerative braking of electric vehicle,the bidirectional power converter is put forward.The 2SD315A driver is applied to propel IGBT.The corresponding parameters of the power IGBT,snuber circuit and driver are defined by the calculation and experiments.The results show that the converter can work as bucker during driving and booster during regenerative braking for electric vehicle.It can work well for a long time under different situations,and its reliability and stability are validated.
