泵站电机双馈调速系统设计与试验

摘    要:双馈调速系统在泵站上的应用是一个全新的应用领域.针对泵站电机和水泵特性的双馈调速系统设计,提出了两步法交流励磁控制策略.系统采用按定子磁链定向的矢量控制技术和交-交变频器实现电机转速和功率因数控制,并在泵站现场进行了试验运行,最后给出了试验波形及其相关分析.

Abstract:Using Doubly-fed system in pumping station is a new application domain in China.This paper introduces the design of Doubly-fed system according to the characteristics of induction motor and pump,and points out a new strategy of AC excitation in two steps.Cycloconverter and vector control model of stator flux orientation are used to actualize speed and power factor control.This system has been experimented in pumping station and the experimental waves and analysis are given to verify the strategy.
