| 摘 要： | 开发了一种基于PM50B6LA060的双输入组串光伏并网逆变器。两支路具有独立的Boost变换器和最大功率点跟踪控制,可接不同规格的电池组串作为输入,极便于光伏系统的配置。介绍了系统的电路结构、光伏智能功率模块(Photovoltaic-Intelligent Power Module,简称PV-IPM)的特点,给出光伏并网逆变器采用的控制方法。系统有两级能量变换单元,给出了两级式并网逆变器的能量管理方法。最后给出了效率图以及并网实验波形。 |

| Abstract: | This paper presents a dual input two stages grid-tied PV inverter by using mitsubishi PV-IPM of PM50B6LA060.The dual circuit branches have independent boost converters and tracking control of maximum power,which can be connected with various PV arrays and make PV system easily.Features of mitsubishi PV-IPM,the cir-cuit topology of developed PV inverter system and applied control approach are introduced.Lastly,a picture of PV in-verter prototype based on PM50B6LA060 and efficiency test results is given. |
