| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了IEC 61970系列标准及其公共数据模型(CIM) 和组件接口规范(CIS)，以及CIM中的类和类间的关系，分析了IEC 61970系列标准对能量管理系统（EMS）应用的要求以及现有EMS的数据库管理系统（DBMS）面临的挑战，阐述了新一代EMS的DBMS的必要性及应具有的特点。

| Abstract: | The IEC 6 1970 series standards and related common inform ation model CIM and component interface specification CIS are introduced.Application requirem ents of IEC6 1970 series standards to EMC and challenges to the database management system DBMS of traditional energy m anagem ent system EMS are analyzed.Then the indispensability and characteristics of the DBMS of the new generation EMS are clarified. |
