摘    要:采用多场景方法求得未来多种可能负荷场景下的电网最优规划方案,得到各条待选线路在每种场景下的被选情况;然后根据各种场景可能出现的概率,提出了待选线路被选概率的概念,根据电网可靠性要求和线路被选概率的大小选择各条待选线路,形成一种具有较好适应性的电网灵活规划方案。

Abstract:A novel m ethod,multi- scenarios method,is presented for electric power network flexible planning. At first,the method can be used to select optim al expansion plans at different scenarios,which are defined as load growth levels.Then based on the concept of occurring probability of scenario and the selection state of selectable transmission line,the concept of selected probability of selectable transmission line is introduced. According to the reliability of the network and the selected probability of transm ission line,a flexible system expansion planning can be obtained.The feasibility of the method has also been proved in som e test exam ples.
