摘    要:针对大型中心城市电网重要用户供电可靠性的实际需求,分析了现有安全稳定控制装置管理系统发展现状。在此基础上,结合其调管范围覆盖低压用户的资源优势,提出了安全稳定控制装置切负荷风险监控功能设计方法,将安全稳定控制装置管理系统应用功能从传统的监视管理扩展至切负荷风险在线预警、辅助决策及远程控制,并介绍了此功能在广州电网的实际应用情况。

Abstract:According to the actual needs of important users in the power grid of large central city about power supply reliability, the state-of-the-art of the existing management system for security and stability control devices is analyzed. By using the resource advantage that the adjustable range of the existing management system covers low voltage users, a function design method of load shedding risk monitoring for security and stability control devices is proposed. Thus the application function of management system of security and stability control devices is extended from conventional monitoring management to on-line early warning of load shedding risks, decision-making support, and remote control. Finally, the actual application of the function in Guangzhou power grid is described.
