智能电网监控运行大数据分析系统的数据规范和数据处理

摘    要:为了支撑设备监控与运维的数据分析与决策,智能电网监控运行大数据分析系统要求能便捷抽取各级调控主站及厂站数据,同时为了应对实时、复杂变化的电网运行环境,系统需要满足实时分析决策的要求。在系统建设过程中,主要面临两方面问题:一方面是多源、高维、先验、异构的电力数据源,数据难以高效汇集;另一方面是数据传输协议不一致、业务数据多样性和数据计算效率不能满足分析业务。针对以上问题,研究了数据规范、通用服务协议、数据标签、数据集及混合计算技术,提出监控大数据分析系统的整体解决方案。通过示范工程的试点运行表明,所提出的解决方案可用于数据规范和数据全过程处理。

Abstract:In order to support the operation analysis and strategy decision-making for the power grid equipment monitoring and maintaining, the big-data analysis system for the smart grid monitoring and operation needs to extract the data of main stations and substations conveniently. Meanwhile, for the real-time and complex grid operation environment, the system needs to meet the requirements of real-time analysis and decision. In the process of system construction, there are two main problems. The first problem is that the data is difficult to collect due to the multiple, high dimensional, prior and heterogeneous power data source. The other problem lies in the fact that the communication transmission protocol is inconsistent, the data is diversified, and the data calculating efficiency is too low to satisfy the business analysis. In view of the above problems, an overall solution for the monitoring big-data analysis system is proposed by studying the data specification, general service protocol, data label, data set and hybrid computing technology. Finally, the pilot running results of demonstration projects show that the proposed solution can be used in data specification and data processing.
