摘    要:讨论了新一代大型火电厂电气控制系统(ECS)的内容、功能及其实现模式,认为目前采用基于现场总线的ECS(FECS)模式正在成为火电厂ECS的主流实现方案。该模式的ECS分为两个实现阶段,初级阶段为保留关键硬接线FECS模式,高级阶段为完全采用现场总线通信的FECS模式。上述两种模式都将大大提高电厂运行信息化的水平,并节省大量投资,后者更易于融入集散控制系统(DCS),实现单元机组一体化协同控制,必将成为ECS控制模式的主流。

Abstract:The content, function and control mode of the electric control system (ECS) in a large thermal power plant is discussed. The most advanced realization mode is field bus based ECS (FECS), which has two stages of implementation. At the initial stage, the control cables of the key motors are still kept. At the advanced stage, ECS completely operates in the field bus communication mode. Both modes can improve the level of the information system and save much of the investment cost. The latter mode is more convenient in incorporating with DCS, so that it can realize integrated cooperation control of the units. It is bound to become the most advanced control mode of the ECS.
