摘    要:广域或区域继电保护研究是解决复杂大电网下继电保护尤其是后备保护性能的可行路径,也是智能电网中继电保护的合理发展趋势.区域智能保护利用区域电网信息与智能技术支持,与现有主保护协同工作,简化后备保护,加强电网继电保护水平.讨论了区域智能保护分布式集中决策的系统结构,研究了标准化通信区间约束下基于遗传算法的智能算法构造与规则化,仿真结果验证了智能算法的有效性.
