电力系统灾变防治研究中的一些问题

摘    要:分析了电力系统灾变防治研究中有的待解决的一些问题,如稳定现象的机理,没性故障发生的原因及其控制策略,电力系统灾变防治的系统化研究方法,直流输电系统对交流输电系统的紧急支援、电力系统的动态安全监视和实时信息利用,基于局部信息的暂态稳定控制以及系统重要部件控制系统的可靠性和容错控制研究等,并对上述问题提出了一些研究建议。

Abstract:With emphasis on the difficulties and special issues involved in the research of power systems collapse prevention. several suggestions for the research are proposed in this paper. They consist of needs for further stability mechanism research, causes and control strategies of cascaded outages, a systematical method for the research of power systems collapse prevention, improvement on adaptation of control strategies and its combination with optimization methods, requirements for DC supply to AC system under emergency condition. dynamic monitoring of power systems, full use of real-time information. etc. The necessity is also pointed out for fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control to the control systems of some key parts of power systems, transient stability control based on local information, application of new type electronic facilities to improve power system stability performance and so forth.
