摘    要:日益严重的气候变化问题和全球能源可持续发展战略,都对电力行业提出了低碳化发展的迫切要求,中国适时提出了开展节能发电调度的战略部署.揭示了实行节能发电调度对推动电力行业低碳化发展的巨大效益与示范意义;建立了适应不同电力调度模式的CO2排放计算模型,采用当前的实际数据与未来的规划方案,分析了不同调度模式下国内电力行业的CO2排放轨迹;提出了以机组年发电小时数差异为控制要素的电量分配方法,由此形成不同的调度方案,进而对节能发电调度方案的低碳效益进行了计算与比较.从新的角度揭示了节能发电调度的战略意义.
