摘    要:在当前电网调度中心缺少统一编码标准、数据尚未完全实现一体化的背景下,能量管理系统(EMS)与继电保护定值校核系统实时数据的匹配是实现两者接口的关键步骤,也是定值校核系统从"离线"走向"在线"的重要前提。针对EMS实时数据的特点,文中提出了一种EMS与定值校核系统实时数据匹配的新方法。该方法利用编辑距离衡量数据匹配的相似程度,并从重心移动、拼音索引、交换操作、汉字近邻空间和层次关联5个方面对传统编辑距离算法进行了改进,有效地提高了实时数据自动匹配的匹配率和查准率。工程应用证明了该方法的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:Against the background of lack of a unified data coding standard in the electric power dispatch center,real-time data matching is the crucial step before implementing interfaces between the energy management system(EMS) and the verification system as well as the key premise of developing the verification system from off-line to on-line.In view of the characteristics of EMS real-time data,a new method for data matching between EMS and the verification system is put forward that adopts the Levenshtein distance to judge the level of similarity,and improves the traditional matching method in five aspects,that is,weights moving,spelling index,exchange operation,adjacent spaces,and level association.Furthermore,the new method improves the matching rate and accuracy and minimizes manual involvement to a degree.The results of the example show the effectiveness and correctness of the new method.
