摘    要:提出了基于模糊随机机会约束规划的输电可靠性裕度的数学模型和混合智能算法。将影响输电可靠性的重要因素表述为随机变量或服从正态分布的事件,例如将发电机和线路运行状态视为服从二次型分布的离散型随机变量,将用户需求看成服从正态分布的随机事件。在不确定因素随机化的基础上,将输电可靠性裕度问题转化为等价的模糊随机优化问题,输电线路开断、发电机开断和负荷模型的等约束条件退化为随机函数、模糊函数。文中提出的求解该机会约束规划模型的混合智能算法,在IEEE30节点系统上进行了仿真计算,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:A fuzzy random chance-constrained programming based hybrid intelligent algorithm for quantifying the transmission reliability margin (TRM) is presented. The vital factors that influence the reliability of transmission lines are taken into consideration. For instance, the generator and transmission line outage are seen as discrete stochastic variables subjected to the distribution of quadratic forms, and load demand as a random event following the normal distribution. On the basis of randomization for uncertainties, a mathematical model based on fuzzy random chance-constrained programming is developed, whose constraint conditions including the generator, transmission line outage and load demand are introduced as a stochastic function or fuzzy function. Moreover, the hybrid intelligent algorithm for solving this chance-constrained programming model is proposed, and the simulation calculation of the IEEE 30 buses system has been carried out. The advantages, validity and feasibility of the approach proposed are proved by experimental results.
