跨区域电力调度服务中心协同工作体系的实现

摘    要:针对目前网、省、地3级电网调度中心间Ⅲ区业务系统缺乏有效衔接技术手段问题,提出了跨区域纵向、横向系统服务中心协同工作体系,解决了目前各级调度间业务和流程集成冗余问题,加强了各系统基础、公告、优势服务的复用,形成了电力调度一体化信息管理体系,全面提升了调度机构管理水平。服务中心已通过工程应用完成验证并投入实际运行。

Abstract:In view of the lack of effective technical means to exchange data between the business systems of the current grid,provincial,and regional grid dispatching centers,a trans-regional collaborative work system of vertical,horizontal system service center is proposed.The new system has solved the current redundancy between the levels of dispatching business and work flow integration,and strengthened the reuse of the various system foundations,public announcement and advantage service.Thus the integration of the electric power dispatching information management system is formed to improve the management level of dispatching organization.The service center has already passed the verification of engineering application and is in operation.
