摘    要:潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸是导致世界各国大停电事件发生的重要因素之一。文中明确了潮流转移识别的研究对象,提出了潮流转移识别的前提条件;在此基础上,根据故障动态过程的基本特点,提出了基于本地信息的潮流转移识别方案。该方案不依赖于通信,决策快速,并考虑了系统振荡、发展性与转换性故障等因素的影响,适用于不对称潮流转移的识别。PS...

Abstract:Cascading trips caused by flow transferring is the crucial causation of a lot of well-known blackouts.This paper confirms the research object and proposes the prerequisite of flow transferring identification.According to the basic characteristics of the fault dynamic process,a flow transferring identification scheme based on local information is proposed.The scheme does not rely on communication and makes a fast conclusion.It also considers the factors including system oscillation,evolved faults,converted faults and so on,which affect the result of flow transferring identification.It is quite suitable for asymmetrical flow transferring identification.PSCAD/EMTDC simulation results show the effectiveness of the scheme.
