| 摘 要： | 结合中国电力市场和跨省、跨区电力交易现状,探讨中国电力金融市场建设的建设目标.提出中国电力金融市场建设要以跨省、跨区电力远期交易为切入点,分3个阶段实现的思想.界定了各阶段的边界条件,并分别设计了3个阶段的实现方案和演化路径.最后就中国电力金融市场的实现路径给出了相关建议.
