摘    要:针对人工挑选智能变电站上传主站的信息数据费时费力的问题,文中给出了变电站信息数据模型自动裁剪与信息融合的架构和流程。重点分析了一次设备模型及二次设备模型裁剪、裁剪前后合法性校验、模型语义识别、信息融合方法与规则、信息清单表、与主站信息交互等关键技术。在此基础上,开发了智能变电站模型裁剪与信息融合功能软件,并应用在嵌入式平台的变电站告警图形网关工程试点中。试点运行结果表明所开发软件能够满足不同业务主站的需求,减少了人工干预的工作量。

Abstract:In view of the time-consuming and tedious artificial selection of smart substation information uploaded to control centers, an architecture and flow chart of automatic model reduction and information merger are given to solve this problem. The key technologies of reduction of primary and secondary equipment models, legality check of models before and after reduction, model semantic recognition, method and rules of information merger, information list table, an information exchange from substation to control center, etc. are analyzed. On this basis, a smart substation model hierarchical classification reduction and information merger system is developed and successfully applied to the alarm and graphics gateway based on an embedded platform in the smart substation. The application results show that the developed software meets the different control centers'' needs while reducing manual work. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China.
