| 摘 要： | 如何建立一个保证市场交易迅速、快捷、安全的技术支持系统已成为当前的一个研究热点。文中通过对现代电力市场特点和当前IT技术的热点——电子商务的分析，对现代电力市场引入电子商务的必要性进行了阐述，对电子商务在现代电力市场中应用的可能的几个方向：信息发布与获取、应用程序服务、网上交易、网上结算等进行了探讨和分析。并对相关的技术和安全性等关键性问题进行了讨论，对应用的前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The power industry is undergoing a great structural transformation in1990's.In order for power system to accommodate the transformation,a transaction system plat should be constructed.In this paper,the necessity of bringing E- commerce into electricity market is described based on the analysis of the characteristics of modern electricity market and the hot topic E-commerce.Some possible application aspects of E-commerce in electricity market are discussed,such as information publishing and access,application services and electronic transactions.Also its associated techniques and safety problems are discussed and future applications of E-commerce in electricity market is forecasted. |
